  REIKI I

Reiki Level I is for anyone who wants to learn and experience energy healing to treat oneself and others.

Reiki is passed from a teacher to a student through a process of attunements allowing the body to be energetically aligned, and open to receive Universal Energy. Once you have been attuned to Reiki, it stays with you for the rest of your life!

 

During this class, you will:
- Learn the history and principles of Reiki
- How to work with energy / guidelines to practice energy healing / hand positioning
- Receive 4 energetic attunements
- Practice Reiki on yourself (self-reiki)
- Do hands-on practice on other students
- Learn about energetic boundaries / chakras and more!
- Learn how to set up a Reiki practice
- Receive a manual and certificate
- Be a Reiki Practitioner at the end of class!

  REIKI II

Reiki II is for all Reiki practitioners who want to deepen their practice and add more tools in their energy healing toolbox. In this class, you’ll learn how to draw and use three sacred Reiki symbols. These symbols are used for different purposes including increasing the flow of reiki, emotional healing, clearing & transmuting, and distance healing.

 

You’ll learn how to practice distance healing – sending energy healing across time and space, to someone not physically present, and to past or future situations. You’ll also receive two attunements, increasing your capacity to channel Reiki energy and develop your intuitive center. And of course, we’ll do lots of hands-on practice!

Reiki II manual and certification included.

  REIKI III (Master)

Once a Reiki Master, you’ll be able to teach Reiki and be a guide and resource for those who want to learn and work with Reiki energy. If this is not the reason why you’d like to become a Reiki Master, and just feel ‘called’, it is perfect too! Reiki is a very personal journey.

​

You will learn the Master symbol and how to perform attunements. We’ll practice new Reiki techniques, and talk about running your Reiki practice and teaching Reiki classes. You’ll also receive the final attunement– yay! The additional healing energy, symbol and knowledge will deepen your healing abilities, and your spiritual journey with Reiki. You’ll also have the opportunity to be a Teaching Assistant in my Reiki I and II classes.

  REIKI, CHAKRAS & CRYSTALS

Chakras, our energy centers communicate between our body, mind and spirit. Understanding their functions and how they work will deepen your Reiki practice. We'll learn about the 12 chakras (7 in-body, 5 out-of-body chakras), how to determine if they are unbalanced, cut energetic cords, and how to realign and balance them with Reiki and crystals.

Crystals have been used in healing practices since ancient civilization. Each crystal holds specific properties that can help heal specific ailments, balance mental, psychic and emotional states. You'll learn how to choose crystals for specific healing purposes, how to clear, charge and program your crystals, how to build a crystal grid when working with specific intentions, and practice healing sessions with Reiki and crystals.
